With Marie

I am so grateful for this day. Its gentle pace allowed us to create, to share snippets of life, to laugh, and to be amazed. Time stretched out. Your presence, Marie, so grounded, your ability to be fully engaged in what you explained and demonstrated, and at the same time, attentive to our needs, impressed me deeply. I was nourished by this place and the artworks that adorn it, by the love that flowed among the participants, and by the discovery of this activity.
And then to leave with a beautiful object, what a joy! Thank you to Marie and to those who shared this day.

Wild Aperitif: Foraging and Gourmet Tasting
I thoroughly enjoyed this course on wild plants. Michaël is a passionate, attentive, and highly experienced instructor, which made learning both enjoyable and reassuring. The idyllic setting made the experience even more immersive and pleasant. The first part was dedicated to foraging in the field, which was very enriching for learning to identify plants. The second part focused on preparing them, culminating in a delicious and convivial aperitif featuring wild plants—a much-appreciated moment of sharing. A truly beautiful and educational experience!

Edible and medicinal wild plants of La Sarraz
A beautiful sunny afternoon spent with Michaël discovering some field and woodland plants. Our guide was very generous with his explanations, and we enjoyed a tasting on site. We learned about some interesting medicinal and culinary plants. Once home, I made a meadow hogweed risotto. It was delicious. Thank you, Michaël. It was a pleasure. We highly recommend his book on edible wild plants.

Training throughout the seasons
A wonderful afternoon spent among the plants to begin this training. Despite his extensive knowledge of the plant world, Michael adopts a participatory approach that allows everyone to share their experiences. I particularly appreciated this feeling of taking the time to observe the plants in detail without rushing and to listen to his explanations, which were always engaging, accessible, and never overly technical.

Incense making (Online training)
I absolutely loved this course. It's ideal for getting started with incense making. It helped me learn to identify trees, something I found complicated before I was motivated by the desire to incorporate them into my home through incense. Before watching the videos, I thought it would be difficult, but it's actually very simple—basically, it's like witchy magic! I make it regularly, depending on my mood, and I give it names, for example, Incense for Opening the Heart, Incense for My Chakras, Incense for Sensual Pleasure, etc. The combinations of different ingredients are endless, and my imagination runs wild. I particularly enjoy powdered incense with a candle underneath; it really enhances the aromas. Thank you again for creating this course!

Natural cosmetics (private course)
Marie tricked me! While I imagined spending a little time with her learning the basics, feeling quite proud, I left with my own little jars of cosmetics and the desire to make more as soon as possible, starting with wildflower harvesting (thank you, Michaël!) and macerated oils. She truly conveyed her passion for her craft. It's easy, healthy, local, smells amazing, and my skin... it feels so pleasant and nourishing. Half a day was enough to open me up to a whole new world. Thanks to her empathy, Marie understood me beyond all expectations and gave me invaluable advice. I was deeply touched by our conversations. With all my gratitude for these precious moments.
